Working with the board and community on our technology adds convenience and luxury that fits everyone’s lifestyles.” |
REAL ESTATE & BROKER ADVISORY CHAIR Gregory Edward Profession: Real Estate Development ”I serve as the liaison between the Board and Atlanta’s brokerage community. Occasionally, meeting with numerous sales/mortgage brokers to note any issues they have encountered while marketing/underwriting 12 Midtown. Mortgage brokers identified minor setbacks that the Board has made a priority to address.” |

INTERIOR DESIGN CHAIR Elle Cantrell Profession: Interior Design ”The Interior Design Committee strives to create an interior aesthetic that is forward thinking yet timeless. Our goal is to maintain a high level of design throughout the building while balancing durability and costs.” |
SOCIAL CHAIR Colleen Covino Profession: Production Management ”The Social Committee coordinates monthly residential events for 12 Midtown, bringing our community together. We have organized game nights, paint and sips, watch parties, an annual resident brunch, summer luau and Holiday party. We partner with local businesses to sponsor most events which helps limit the affect on HOA dues.” |
